Eternel (“we”, “our”, “us”) is the data controller for the personal data processed through our website, recruitment forms, and community platforms.

2) What data we collect

  • Identity & contact: name, age, email, timezone, languages.
  • Recruitment data: roles applied for, experience/skills, portfolio links, resume (CV), availability, motivation.
  • Community data: participation on our platforms (e.g., usernames, messages, contributions in game servers/platforms).
  • Technical data: IP address, device/browser information, approximate location (from IP), site usage (analytics/cookies where applicable).
  • Communications: emails or messages exchanged with us.

We collect data directly from you (forms, messages) and indirectly via analytics or platform logs (see Cookies & Analytics).

4) How long we keep your data (Retention)

5) Who can access your data (Sharing)

We do not sell your personal data. We may share it with:

  • Authorized Eternel staff involved in recruitment, projects, moderation.
  • Service providers (processors): hosting, email, applicant tracking or collaboration tools, analytics. They process data under our instructions and appropriate safeguards (DPAs).
  • Public authorities when legally required.

6) International transfers

Where providers are located outside the EEA/UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards (e.g., EU Standard Contractual Clauses, UK IDTA/Addendum, adequacy decisions). You can contact us for a copy of relevant safeguards (redactions may apply).

7) Security

We implement technical and organizational measures appropriate to the risk (access controls, encryption in transit where applicable, least-privilege, backups). No system is 100% secure; we maintain procedures to detect, respond to, and notify significant incidents as required by law.

8) Your rights under GDPR

You can exercise the following rights (subject to conditions/limits in law):

  • Access receive a copy of your personal data.
  • Rectification correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Erasure request deletion where applicable (“right to be forgotten”).
  • Restriction limit processing in certain cases.
  • Portability receive data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format where processing is based on consent or contract and carried out by automated means.
  • Object object to processing based on legitimate interests, and to direct marketing.
  • Withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent (does not affect prior lawful processing).
  • Lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority (see below).

10) Minors
